Username aka login name
Please use "Firstname Lastname" (with space in between). You can check your username from this list >>> Special:Listusers.
Password
If you have forgotten your password, first try your student ID like S0####### (with cap S) or s0####### (lowercase s). If that does not work, then use 'mail me a new password' link from the login page. Your new password will automatically be sent to you. Use that password to log in. Then change the new password to your own password by clickin on the preferences link at the top.
