Houston has many attractions, but Rice students rarely leave the hedges. Rice is just minutes from downtown Houston.

It is unfortunate that Rice students rarely leave the hedges. President Leebron is encouraging students to explore more through a new program which subsidizes free admission to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and pays for students to use the metro rail.
